WHY A WORKFLOW?

Summary: a workflow diagram is a helpful, graphical aid for those who learn visually.  

The Lord Jesus Christ has shown me that parts of His Word can be shown graphically using workflow diagrams.  In the Bible, we find that certain chapters and verses contain instructions and commands on how to do something, including topics such as how to gain eternal life, how to live, how not to live, and many others.

In the business world, we create process documents to help someone understand how to do something and to guide them through it: this process is also known as a workflow.  We also translate these workflows into diagrams for a visual understanding.  A workflow diagram provides a graphic overview of a process, using symbols and shapes, to show step-by-step how a process is completed from start to finish. The workflow diagram also shows who is responsible for certain steps in the process.  I may use the terms workflow and process interchangeably from time to time.

I pray that these workflow diagrams are helpful for those who are working out their salvation.  I also pray that anyone who uses these workflow diagrams will be inspired to read His Word directly and not rely solely on this content as the Word of God inspired and written by the Holy Spirit has all ultimate authority in all matters.
